Cummins ISX EGR 4295

Full Tilt Performance Manifolds have been designed to improve on all aspects over the manufacturers. All Full Tilt manifolds are made from a proprietary high quality blended steel. This is one of the hardest and most heat tolerant metals available today.

The Cummins SIG. 600 Manifold comes with thicker exhaust flanges and centre dividers helping to create tougher durability and provide greater strength. This manifold has 50% more surface contact and has been press fit to ensure there are no leaks creating smooth airflow to the turbo.

The interior of the manifold has been coated with CeramiChrome high temperature resistant coating to add that extra heat barrier. This will keep the exhaust gas energy flowing to the turbo and improve turbo response.

Every manifold has been tested during production to ensure they flow at least 20 Cubic Feet of air per minute more per port.
